The meeting which convened by the Amaokosuwei of Ofunama community, High chief Abudu poweite Eyituoyor, the oldest man in Ofunama community, Egbema Kingdom, Ovia south west local Government Area of Edo state, at the Ofunama community hall, addressed the kingdom and pleaded to all grieved community and section of chiefs to come together in continuity in the administration of the kingdom, after the throne was made vacant due to the passed on to the great beyond of HRM, Pere Gold Oro Tiemo the Agadagba of Egbema kingdom Bini pere III,

EgbemaVoice reports that the meeting was witnessed the attendance of various reputable Chiefs, elders, Egbema Regency council, Egbema traditional council of chiefs, Egbema leaders of thought, Egbema Youth council, Egbema Esena-biri nine(9) mother communities, Ajakurama, Ofunama, Opuama/polobubo, Ogbudugbudu, Bolou-Jamagie/ Abadigbene, Ogbinbiri, Abere, Jamagie II, Gbeoba, four (4) ruling house and key stakeholders.
EgbemaVoice gathered that, being a Kingdom destined for uncommon peace, growth and development among her contemporary, the determination of every illustrious and patriotic sons and daughters in moving forward speak volumes in the successes of declaration of the next ruling house,  this is historical meeting of Egbema Kingdom for the past decades, Saturday 24th September, 2022.

Egbema kingdom reaffirmed the 1979 gazette and declared previous meeting held at Ajakurama town, the traditional headquarters of Egbema kingdom, Edo and Delta states on the period of the demise of HRM, Pere Gold Tiemo, that, Egbema kingdom resolved to follows the guideline of the gazette of Egbema kingdom to produce the next king (Agadagba) of Egbema kingdom, 
Egbema kingdom resolved and officially declared as follows,

1, Ogbudugbudu ruling house to produce the next king of Egbema kingdom,  

2, Bolou-Jamagie/Abadigbene ruling house will be the next to produce the king Agadagba of Egbema kingdom,

3. Ajakurama ruling house follows Bolou-Jamagie/Abadigbene to produce the king Agadagba of Egbema kingdom, 

4. Opuama/polobubo ruling house follows Ajakurama ruling house to produce the king Agadagba of Egbema kingdom, 

5, Egbema kingdom have pleaded with Bolou-Jamagie/Abadigbene ruling house which argued for turn to be patients and follow the gazette of Egbema kingdom, the Regency council chairman chief A. Johnbull who appeared after the meeting seated didn't make speech but speak out from the moderator chief Simon Igbedikuru the perekoriwei of Egbema kingdom, said, the gazette stated that Ogbudugbudu ruling house is the next community to produce the Agadagba of Egbema kingdom, plead with all grievances party to withdraw all pending cases in court, which been instituted by Bolou-Jamagie/Abadigbene ruling house, that argued their turn to produce the next king of the kingdom,

EgbemaVoice Recall that, the contention of Egbema traditional council of chiefs and Egbema Regency council, argued that after two years of existence the Regency council will expire, in the meeting Egbema kingdom declared that Regency council valid till the installation of the next king Agadagba of Egbema kingdom,

Further stressing that, Regency council and Amaokosuwei give Ogbudugbudu ruling house to produce next king in one week, urged the ruling house to follow the gazette, warned the leadership to caution their sons to adhere the gazette of the kingdom any illegality must be sanctions in the process of selection of the new king,

Prior to the last meeting of the Amaokosuwei of Ofunama which declared Ogbudugbudu ruling house for next community to produce next king, which goes viral, without the consultations of the Regency council which the highest authority of the kingdom as for now, the Egbema leaders of thought have settled the grieved, both agreed to work in peace to crown the new king of the kingdom, 

Glaringly Ogbudugbudu ruling house in respond by commended Egbema kingdom leadership and present drinks and cash in appreciation, promised to follows the guideline of the gazette and produce the next king to the kingdom, on 1st of October, 

Furthermore Bolou-Jamagie/ Abadigbene were represented by Comrade Maxwell Agagha who response to the final decision of the kingdom, that he will inform his kinsmen about the generally agreed points of the kingdom, promised to update the kingdom next meeting,

At the time of this report in Ofunama Town hall, EgbemaVoice was unable to get the reaction of Egbema traditional council of Chief, Egbema Regency council for their contention, believed that's all agreed as both declared successful of the meeting,
