Niger Delta Queen Mercy Ereibor Mourns Pa Clark

Comrade Mercy Ereibor, a prominent stakeholders of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) and Niger Delta Queen, has expressed her heartfelt condolences over the passing of Pa Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, a renowned Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) leader, who passed away on February 17, 2025. At  the Aged 97, the former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South leader’s death was confirmed in a statement by a representative of the family, Prof. C. C. Clark, on Tuesday.

The Egbema Kingdom-born leader, Mercy, extended her sympathies to the immediate family of Pa Clark and the entire Niger Delta community. She described him as a unifier, an educationalist, and a beacon of hope whose soul has transitioned to the ancestral realm. 

Mercy acknowledged Pa Clark's remarkable contributions to the Niger Delta region, emphasizing the immense void his demise has left.

She urged the Niger Delta people to honor his legacy by upholding the unity and vision he tirelessly advocated for.
