Kindly be informed that only those going to Ughelli from Effurun roundabout can use the flyovers, the same goes to those coming from Ughelli can also use the flyovers from DSC roundabout down to Effurun roundabout.  But if you are coming from Effurun roundabout to Otokutu navigate through Effurun Sapele Road, PTI, Road, UTI Road or Alegbo road and connect DSC Express road, same way if you are coming from Mofor and you are going to Effurun roundabout.  However, if you are coming from Mofor and you are going to Ughelli, use Ugbomro road through the FUPRE University road and connect to Okuokoko road.  Please share this information with others.
