Reads RESOLUTIONS OF THE WESTERN ZONE CAUCUS OF THE 5TH MOBILE PARLIAMENT, IJAW YOUTH COUNCIL ( IYC) WORLDWIDE

1. That the Western Zone Caucus express confidence on the overall performance of the Speaker Rt Hon Bob Collins Igetei and other principal officers of the parliament

2. That forthwith deliberate actions to test the resolve of the parliament by elements within the organs of council shall be met with immediate sanctions and actions if the need be.

3. That the western Zone caucus upholds the vote of no confidence passed on the NEC and the parliamentary instrument of inquiry into the accusations and counter accusations of NEC members and petitions, for a substantive action on our next sitting.

4. That the Western Zone Caucus hereby distances herself and forewarns unsuspecting parliamentarians being lured by hunger for dollars not to in the name of the zonal caucus pass a vote of confidence on the National president Comr Peter Timothy Igbifa, as we will resist any unparliamentary act that will rubbish the image of the western Zone caucus.

5. We noted that no man can be bigger than 88 clans of Ijaw nation and hence, as a Parliament and watch dog of Ijaw nation we will not renegade on our important task of upholding the intergrity', truth and survival of Ijaw people everywhere.

The late Onyeobi who passed on at 90 was a former Secretary to Government and Head of the Civil Service of the defunct Bendel State.
