CONGRATULATIONS TO MY AMIABLE BROTHERS AND FRIENDS, CHIEF FAVOUR IZOUKUMOR (Director, DESOPADEC BOARD) AND HON. SPENCER OKPOYE (COMMISSIONER DESOPADEC BOARD).
On behalf of myself and Family and the former Egbama Regency Council, We deem it joyous to celebrate you on the appointment of your new office as Director and Commissioner, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC. Indeed your appointment is not a surprise to us but an indication of your dogged commitments to the Ijaw Nationality and Delta State Government over the years. Though your appointments comes with very high expectations, but it is our firm believe that you shall not fail us. We are very optimistic that your appointments would bring good tidings to the Ijaw Nationality. It is my prayers that the good Lord will guide, direct, protect and give you the wisdom of Solomon to start well and finish strong.
