As millions of Congratulatory tribute across the length and breath of the Nation go to the recent appointees who make up the New Delta State oil producing Area Development Commission (DESOPADEC) Board, the Member representing Egbema kingdom in the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide Parliament Senator Tanimawo Gandi Wisdom Congratulates Hon Spencer Okpoye, the Commissioner Representing Ijaw Ethnic Nationality in the Board.

Gandi who stated this through Egbema voice News said Hon Spencer is Worthy of the appointment due to his weaponry of Political and Leadership experience as well as his Philantropic, Hospitable and Magnanimous act, he is youth Friendly and accessable, directing youths in the right path.

" I am confident of the fact that he will be a good representative and empower lots of youths across all the communities in the Kingdom", he added.

Delta begins demolition of illegal structures on govt land

By EgbemaVoice, Delta State Government, Monday, commenced demolition of illegal structures built on lands belonging to Dennis Osadebay University, Anwai-Asaba.  The properties built around Musa Camp area where demolished by the State Taskforce on Recovery of Government Lands led by its Chairman, Chief Frank Omare.  The demolition of the properties followed expiration of notice issued to the illegal property owners to vacate the land.  Speaking to journalists during the demolition exercise, Chief Omare who was flanked by members of the taskforce, said they were mandated by the State Government to recover all government lands illegally occupied by individuals or corporate bodies across the state.  Omare said: "Clearly where we are now is the university land and it is meant for the Faculty of Agriculture of the Dennis Osadebay University, more than 1000 persons have encroached the land and built illegal structures amidst all manner of illegal approvals.  "We gave the

Emevor-Orogun road ready for inauguration - Aniagwu ,
