Edo state chapter progressive Youth leadership foundation of Niger Delta (PYLF-ND) has congratulated a renowned Niger Delta son of the struggle Most Senior Comrade Adams Marbo Ogomugo aka chief Diplomat national president of progressive Youth leadership foundation of Niger Delta, for  his well deserved appointment as  Head of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management unit by presidential Amnesty Programme by the  Administrator  Dr High Chief Dennis Otuaro
In a statement jointly signed by the chapter Chairman, Comrade Mingo Meshach Saya, Hon. Nike Tame Edah PRO, and Comrade Gandi Wisdom Tanimawo Secretary, described the appointment of Comrade Adams Marbo Ogomugo as that of a square peg in a square hole.
According to the statement, “To start with, we want to congratulate our elder brother, her kins Son, a bosom friend and brother who is also a figure to reckon with in the hay days of the Niger Delta survival struggle of his well-deserved appointment.
“Though everything has its appointed time to materialised if not, I would have said it’s long overdue, because we clamoured for this Ijaw son from Edo and Delta States to be appointed in any level of the Amnesty office, today our  renowned Niger Delta leader High Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, PAP Administrator deed it, 
“Thank God, finally, our prayers have been answered in a glorious manner. We pray to God Almighty to give him the wisdom and the enablement to pilot the affairs of his new responsibility in PAP to the satisfaction of the sole administrator Dr. Dennis Otuaro who gave him the appointment, the people of Niger Delta at large, in particularly the progressive Youth leadership foundation of Niger Delta Edo state chapter whom this office has eluded despite playing the Mother hen role of the Emancipation of Niger Delta survival struggle.
“Chief Diplomate is a son of the soil, the creek soldier, the white eagle, voice of the voiceless, who also knows the reason why the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme was created. He knows the yearnings and aspirations and the level the programme is envisioned.
The chapter appreciated the Administrator Chief Dennis Otuaro for finding one of our illustrious son worthy for this sensitive, strategic office in PAP.
Dr. Otuaro is an Educationalist, technocrat whose is the creek soldier, freedom fighter, well-read, technically and strategically sound and erudite gentle man,  a national consciousness, regional oneness has demonstrated. He stated,

Delta begins demolition of illegal structures on govt land

By EgbemaVoice, Delta State Government, Monday, commenced demolition of illegal structures built on lands belonging to Dennis Osadebay University, Anwai-Asaba.  The properties built around Musa Camp area where demolished by the State Taskforce on Recovery of Government Lands led by its Chairman, Chief Frank Omare.  The demolition of the properties followed expiration of notice issued to the illegal property owners to vacate the land.  Speaking to journalists during the demolition exercise, Chief Omare who was flanked by members of the taskforce, said they were mandated by the State Government to recover all government lands illegally occupied by individuals or corporate bodies across the state.  Omare said: "Clearly where we are now is the university land and it is meant for the Faculty of Agriculture of the Dennis Osadebay University, more than 1000 persons have encroached the land and built illegal structures amidst all manner of illegal approvals.  "We gave the

Falana, who called for the discontinuance of all pending cases filed on Section 24 of the Cybercrime Act 2015, added that the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS Court, had declared Section 24 of the Cybercrime Act 2015 illegal.
