Delta govt warns perpetrators of Dibi Abiteye flow station attack,

The Delta State Government has received the sad news of an act of economic sabotage in the vandalisation of the NNPCL/Chevron Oil facility – the Dibi Abiteye Flow Station in Warri North Local Government Area on Saturday, 23rd November, 2024.

Secretary to the State Government, Dr Kingsley Emu, in a statement on Monday, said Government at all levels in collaboration with security agencies and Tantita Security services will fish out the perpetrators and bring them to book.

Emu in the statement, said: "Government reassures Chevron Nigeria Limited and other oil operating companies of our continuous support and commitment to their successful operations in Delta State. We also solicit the support of host communities in identifying and clamping down on the offenders.

"The State government shall not hesitate to deal decisively with anyone or group of persons/criminals who are out to sabotage government's resolve to sustain the current tempo of oil exploration in the state."
