Egbema Youth Political Forum Plans Grand Celebration to Mark Oloduwa culture Day,

WARRI———- Egbema Youth Political Forum,(EGYPF) set out to grace the Annual Oloduwa Festival in the ancient Opuama Town, Egbema Kingdom, Warri North Local Government Area Delta State from Friday 20th to Saturday 21st December 2024.

The Chairman of Forum Barr Stephen E. Baidi stated this during the week in Warri. He said celebrating with our Brothers and Sisters from Opuama is necessary at this festive season as one indivisible Egbema people who will always be there for each other come rain, come shine. 

“ EGYPF I lead today wouldn’t have come this far without the cooperation and support from illustrious dignitaries from that end and as such we will deem it fit to be on ground in celebrating our great ancestor, the foremost progenitor and ancestral father of Opuama Federated Communities”, He added.

By EgbemaVoice, Orerokpe: The Delta State Ethnic Peace and Unity Cup came to a thrilling conclusion this Sunday as Team Itsekiri emerged victorious, defeating Ndokwa East United 3-1 in the final match held at Baptist High School Field, Orerokpe Town. The highly anticipated match began with intense pressure from both teams. Team Itsekiri (Ugbomarun Fc) broke the deadlock in the 25th minute with a stunning goal from their star striker, Ekpeto Udubosi. Ndokwa East United equalized just before halftime through a penalty kick converted by their captain, Okoro Blessing. In the second half, Team Itsekiri regained their momentum, scoring two more goals from Omatseye Eriyo and Ebiwei Gbenedio in the 60th and 80th minutes, respectively.
