Egbema Youth Political Wave Gains Momentum as Niger Delta Youth Leader comrade Mingo Meshach Sayami Ogumaka Commends Daniel Peres Ezekiel Over Warri Federal and Urges youth for Assembly Race,
By EgbemaVoice,
A Niger Delta youth leader, Comrade Mingo Meshach Sayami Ogumaka, has commended Comrade Daniel Peres Ezekiel for his courage and vision in declaring interest to contest for the Warri Federal Constituency seat of the House of Representatives, covering Warri North, Warri South and Warri South-West Local Government Areas, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking on the emerging political consciousness among Egbema youths, Comrade Ogumaka described Daniel Peres Ezekiel as a true son of the soil who has risen to stand boldly among the youth in what he described as a new political awakening tagged “Egbema Youth New Political Wave.”
He noted that the development signals a turning point for Egbema youths, stressing that the time has come for young people to actively contest and occupy strategic political positions rather than remaining spectators in the political process.
Comrade Daniel Peres Ezekiel, a critical youth stakeholder in Warri North Local Government Area and a member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), formally declared his interest to contest under the ADC platform for the Warri Federal Constituency seat in 2027.
Comrade Ogumaka applauded Ezekiel’s boldness, dedication and consistent participation in the political space, urging other Egbema youths to rise, support one another, and collectively work for the political advancement of Egbema Kingdom.
He further called on Egbema youths to strategically position themselves to contest the Delta State House of Assembly seat for Warri North Local Government Area, lamenting that since the creation of Delta State, Egbema sons and daughters have not been given the opportunity to represent the area at the State Assembly.
According to him, the ongoing political reawakening must be sustained to ensure that Egbema people take their rightful place in Delta State and national politics.
