A VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON THE FCT.MINISTER,CHIEF BARR.NYESOM WIKE.

We, the leaders of various Socio-Political, economic, ethnic, and pressure groups in the Niger Delta Region, The Apex Decision Making Room and A Conglomerate of all the Operational Groups in the Region,gathered under the auspices of the NIGER DELTA-GROUP LEADER’S FORUM(NDGLF), Ably Led By A Renowned Niger Delta Leader/Activist,HON.DR.BEN OKUNG,PhD,write to express our unwavering support and, pass a vote of confidence on the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, His Excellency, Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike,CON,For his Charismatic Leadership and Developmental Strides,as well as Administrative expert-ship in the FCT,of His Ministerial Services.. 

Commendation for Ministerial Actions

We commend Minister Wike for his recent actions in handling the disputed land issue involving the former Chief of Naval Staff and his associates. His professionalism and commitment to upholding the law are a testament to his dedication to public service. The actions taken by the Minister are in line with his constitutional duties and demonstrate his respect for the rule of law, and upholding same with passion irrespective of provocations,Oppressions and intimidation.

Condemnation of Unprofessional Behavior Of the Young Soldier Lt.A.M.YERIMA..

We condemn in entirety the behavior of the young soldier Lt.A.M YERIMA,who insulted and exchanged words with the Minister while on His Official Duty,It is a Calculated insult and Illegal mission to Jeopardize the Authority of the Nation and a Thread to the National Security,Unity and the Growth of the Nation……this is not supposed to be found in any commissioned officer trained with public tax payers money to defend us and, uphold all constituent Nigerian authority according to law in high esteem. Such actions as displayed by the young officer does not give the Nigeria Navy a good look of disciplined officers which they are indeed but for some flawed characters in the midst, such are a thread to national security and undermine the authority of the government duly elected by the people.

If a Land was revoked by the Government and directives was Circulated,you should have honored and Respect your Person or Contact the Minister For understanding like others Did…And if you the Junior Officer was on an Errant and You saw the Minister of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria 🇳🇬 Coming,you should have Respect the Government and the Constituted Authority,Silent and Listening to all What the Minister says,then make Reports to your Boss,not to Disrespect and acted Unprofessionally,thereby Taken Laws into Your Hands.

In a Democratic/Civilian Government,Executives,Legislators and Judiciaries are Vested with Powers to control the Nation to bring Governance to the People and not to be interfere by any persons or individuals…The Constituted Authority Must be Obeyed by every Citizens Despite his or her Status.

 We urge the Chief of Army Staff to take a disciplinary action after their Due Scrutiny of the Matter as they Said and direct the young Naval Officer,YERIMA,to publicly apologize to the Minister and the government of Nigeria within 48 hours, as the minister is a symbol of state authority and Unlike the Minister of Defence, represents the President and commander in Chief in all official engagement and so should be respected and Should not be talked back at by a junior commissioned officer or any officer of the republic as expected of disciplined and well trained officers, which we have in abundance in the armed offices and we hold them in high esteem for their discipline and respect for constitutional democratic authorities.

Support for Minister Wike's Efforts

We express our full support for the Hon. FCT. Minister, Chief Nyesome Wike's efforts in developing the Federal Capital Territory and his contributions to the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. His leadership and administrative expertise have brought significant progress and development to Abuja, as attested to by all, including his transducers who are always belly aching to see the downfall of such a workaholic and hands on Minister.

Noting that,From the Advent of Democracy in Nigeria 🇳🇬 1999,A Southerner has never Occupied the Position of an FCT MINISTER,the Top Ministerial Position in the Country with a Dual Capacity of a Governor and Minister of FRN,It becomes Obvious and Disappointing to Some CABALS in the Country mostly in the North,Haters of WIKE and the Enemies of the Renewed Hope Agenda Of MR.PRESIDENT,EXC.SEN.BOLA AHMED TINUBU,GCFR,Delegated such High Profile Position to Chief NYESOM WIKE,a Southerner with the Levels of Developmental Strides and Leadership Standard Portrayed Charismatically by the FCT MINISTER in Abuja,Caused them to result in planning Obstruction and to Thwart or destabilized the efforts of Mr President and 2027 Ambition

Call to Action

We urge the Presidency, the Chief of Naval Staff, and relevant authorities to continue to support Minister Wike in his efforts to develop the FCT and uphold the rule of law. We also call on the former Chief of Naval Staff to advise his associates to respect the government's decisions and obey the law and subject himself to democratic governance and authority of Mr.President,which has no better option, which has always support the military to enable them discharge their constitutional responsibilities more than any other form of governance.

Vote of Confidence

We reiterate our vote of confidence in the FCT Minister, Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike and pledge our support for his leadership and vision for the Federal Capital Territory. We charge him to remain consistent and resilient in his service and continue to support the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. We note, that in Nigeria, you need to take extra ordinary measure to get things done for the people, even at the possibility of being hated, so long as it is for the good of the people. Like his Principal the President, the Minister continue to pursue good benefits for the greater number of FCT residents than for the few, no matter how the few will want to cast him.

Nigeria is succeeding under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with the Help of good Ministers like Nyesome Wike and Others,who is helping the President to develop and improve the Federal Capital Territory Master plan,for the benefit of all,Which had always been the Core Value and interest of many Stakeholders of our Nation to developed the FCT.
