Warri Federal Constituency: Niger Delta Ex-Agitator Darlington Agbe Blows Hot Over Lack of Meaningful Projects,

A Niger Delta ex-agitator and prominent Egbema youth leader, Darlington Agbe, has expressed deep dissatisfaction over what he described as the absence of meaningful developmental projects in Warri Federal Constituency.

Warri Federal Constituency comprises Warri North, Warri South, and Warri South-West Local Government Areas of Delta State.

In a statement personally signed by him, Agbe lamented that the current representative of the constituency in the House of Representatives has allegedly failed to deliver tangible projects capable of improving the lives of the people.

According to him, the constituency has suffered years of neglect despite its strategic importance and contribution to the economic development of the state and the Niger Delta region.

Agbe specifically expressed concern over the situation in Warri North Local Government Area, stating that for over a decade, the area has not benefited from any significant constituency project.

“For the past decade, Warri North Local Government Area has not witnessed any meaningful constituency project. Our representative has completely failed to deliver on the expectations of the people,” he stated.

The ex-agitator further noted that the people of the constituency deserve better representation that prioritizes infrastructure development, empowerment programmes, and social amenities.

He therefore called on political leaders and stakeholders to begin to prioritize effective representation, accountability, and development-oriented leadership for the benefit of the people of Warri Federal Constituency.

Agbe emphasized that the people can no longer continue to endure neglect, urging leaders seeking future political positions to present clear development agendas that will address the pressing needs of the constituency

He further stated that the Warri Federal Constituency must grow beyond kitchen empowerment programmes and divisive tribal politics, stressing that such approaches cannot replace genuine development. He described it as unfortunate that no meaningful projects have been executed to significantly impact the lives of people across the constituency.
