Dear Esteemed Amnesty Scholarship Students.
Warm greetings to all students under PAP.
The office of the Administrator High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro. sincerely acknowledges the numerous complaints, concerns, and messages received regarding the delay in stipend distribution and other related challenges currently being experienced by students across various institutions. We understand the level of discomfort, frustration, and inconvenience this situation has caused many of you, and we deeply sympathize with every student affected during this difficult period.
The Administrator wishes to personally assure every beneficiary that all issues raised have been carefully noted and are currently receiving urgent attention. Efforts are actively ongoing behind the scenes to identify and permanently resolve the foundational challenges responsible for these unforeseen delays. Extensive supervision, monitoring, and administrative reviews are presently being carried out to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted flow of stipends moving forward.
As a father figure to the students under this program, the Administrator is not pleased knowing fully well that his children are unhappy, worried, or experiencing hardship because of this temporary setback. Your welfare, education, and well being remain a top priority of the Amnesty Scholarship Program, and every necessary measure is being taken to restore stability and normalcy as soon as possible.
The Administrator has also been reaching out to various schools and relevant authorities to follow up on the circumstances contributing to these delays. The Amnesty Program carries enormous responsibilities involving coordination, verification, supervision, and proper accountability, and because of this, careful steps are being taken to ensure that all processes are properly handled and corrected to avoid future occurrences.
We therefore appeal to all students to continue exercising patience, understanding, and cooperation during this trying time. Please be assured that a great deal of work is being done at the back end of the system to resolve the technical and administrative challenges affecting stipend distribution. The concerns of every student have been heard clearly, and solutions are already being implemented progressively.
The Administrator sincerely appreciates your patience, maturity, and endurance throughout this period. Your trust and understanding mean a great deal, and we remain committed to ensuring that every beneficiary receives the support they deserve under the Amnesty Scholarship Program.
