My Father Is Alive’ – Uduaghan’s Daughter Debunks Death Rumor

Orode Uduaghan, daughter of former Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, has dismissed reports circulating on social media alleging that her father has passed away.
In a statement shared on her Facebook page on Tuesday, June 24, 2026, Orode firmly refuted the rumor, declaring that the former governor is alive and in good health.
“My Father is still Alive,” she stated.
The clarification follows the circulation of unverified reports across various online platforms claiming that Dr. Uduaghan had died.

Family members and associates have urged the public to disregard the false information and refrain from spreading unconfirmed reports capable of causing unnecessary panic and distress.
Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan served as Governor of Delta State from 2007 to 2015 and remains a prominent figure in the state's political landscape.
