Mingo hails Dr. Doubra Collins Okotete's Emergence As 10th National President IYC worldwide

NIGER DELTA YOUTH LEADER, COMRADE MINGO FRIDAY SAYAMI OGUMAKA, CONGRATULATES COMRADE DR. DOUBRA COLLINS OKOTETE ON HIS EMERGENCE AS THE 10TH NATIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE IJAW YOUTH COUNCIL (IYC) WORLDWIDE

The Niger Delta youth leader, Comrade Mingo Friday Sayami Ogumaka, popularly known as KingdomVoice and widely recognized as the "IYC Defend Minister," has extended his warm congratulations to Comrade Dr. Doubra Collins Okotete on his emergence as the 10th National President of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide.
In a congratulatory statement, Comrade Mingo described Dr. Okotete's emergence as a well-deserved victory for the Ijaw nation and the younger generation, noting that his years of dedication, sacrifice, commitment, and selfless service to the Ijaw struggle have prepared him for the enormous responsibility of leading the foremost Ijaw youth organization.

According to him, Dr. Doubra Collins Okotete has distinguished himself as a courageous, visionary, and result-oriented youth leader. His successful tenure as Chairman of the IYC Western Zone demonstrated exceptional leadership, unity, discipline, and an  commitment to the growth and development of the Ijaw nation.

Comrade Mingo expressed confidence that the new National President possesses the capacity, wisdom, and experience required to reposition the Ijaw Youth Council, strengthen unity among Ijaw youths across the Niger Delta and beyond, and promote peace, justice, equity, youth empowerment, and sustainable development.

He urged all contestants, stakeholders, elders, chapter executives, zonal leadership, and members of the IYC Worldwide to put aside every difference arising from the electoral process and rally behind the new National President to build a stronger, united, and more progressive Ijaw Youth Council.

The Niger Delta youth leader further emphasized that the challenges confronting the Niger Delta and the Ijaw people require collective responsibility, purposeful leadership, and unity of purpose. He called on the new leadership to remain focused on protecting the rights, interests, and aspirations of Ijaw youths while maintaining constructive engagement with governments, development agencies, and relevant stakeholders.

Comrade Mingo also encouraged Dr. Okotete to uphold the core values of integrity, transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, and service to humanity, stressing that history has placed upon him the responsibility of leading a new generation of Ijaw youths toward greater achievements.

He prayed that God Almighty would grant the new IYC National President divine wisdom, strength, good health, courage, and protection throughout his tenure.
