Warri North Constituency: Ogbinbiri Main Town Receives Standard Canopies from Hon. Ebenezer E. Bigha,

 Jubilation engulfed Ogbinbiri main town during the week as the member representing Ogbinbiri Ward 17 at the Warri North Local Government Legislative Arms Hon Ebenezer Ebikabowei Bigha gifted the Community eight massive Canopies as part of his constituency project. 

Hon Bigha appreciate the Leadership of the Council ably lead by Hon Festus Ashima for ensuring the dividends of democracy get to the people at the grassroots no matter how little. He further thanked the leaders and electorates of Ogbinbiri Community the privilege to represent them as Councillor of Ward 17.
In the same vein the Chairman of Ogbinbiri Main town Mr Census Ariaye and other members of his executive received the eight Big Canopies on behalf of the community and offered a word of prayer, having appreciated him for the kind gesture.

 According to the Chairman, Hon Ebenezer's representation has been unprecedented, for this is not the first time he has brought constituency projects to the Community, the records are there.
He called on others to emulate this thorough representation of Hon Ebenezer, for posterity will be remind them of works after their administration.

BREAKING: The High Court of Delta State has issued an ex-parte injunction stopping and barring the Inspector General of Police and the Nigeria Police Force from resuming the enforcement of the tinted glass permit policy nationwide. The order was issued on Wednesday, 17th December, 2025 by Hon. Justice Joe Egwu. The High Court also barred the police from harassing, arresting, detaining or extorting citizens and motorists on account of the said policy. The order will subsist pending the hearing and determination of the substantive suit. This latest injunction follows a suit filed in Delta State by the Applicant, a citizen by name Mr. Israel Joe. The Applicant was represented in court by a team of lawyers led by Kunle Edun, SAN. By this order, the announcement made by the Nigeria Police on its decision to resume the tinted glass permit enforcement on 2nd January, 2026 has been halted by the Court.
