He filed a case and asked Court to grant injunctions against declared winner of the Guber primary and Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, and that he (Edevbie) should be substituted to replace Rt Hon Oborevwori. The Court refused the application and asked that Hon Oborevwori and the other parties; PDP and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, should be put on notice to thrash out the application on Tuesday, 22nd June, 2022.
