Amori's appointment well-deserved - Bureau Chief.

Director General, Delta State Bureau for Communications and Orientation, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has said that the appointment of Senator Dr Ighoyota Amori, as Chief Adviser to Delta State Governor, is well deserved, a round peg in a round hole.

Oghenesivbe assertion was contained in a congratulatory message to Senator Amori and made available to newsmen on Thursday, saying that governor Sheriff Oborevwori made a perfect choice.

He assured that Senator Amori shall bring to bear his wealth of experience as a political strategist and founding member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

He thanked governor Oborevwori for the juicy appointment, and for his visionary leadership, pointing out that the MORE Agenda implementation is already advancing Delta beyond human comprehension, pointing to show that his reelection shall be effortless come 2027.

"I congratulate my political leader and mentor, Senator Chief Ighoyota Amori on his well deserved appointment as Chief Adviser to His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, JP.

"Your integrity and pedigree in the political landscape of Nigeria, and in Delta State, earned you this superlative appointment, and we celebrate you always.

EFCC raids residence of Atiku’s sons  ON DECEMBER 10, 2018 NEWS An apartment in a building occupied by Aliyu Abubakar and Mustapha Abubakar, sons of Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was searched by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja on Saturday. According to Premium Times, the building, which is in Maitama neighbourhood, also houses an apartment occupied by Chiemeka Orji, son of Theodore Orji, former governor of Abia state. Premium Times quoted sources as saying operatives of the anti-graft operatives also raided the residence of Orji’s son. The raid comes a day after there were reports of restriction on the bank accounts of Peter Obi, vice-presidential candidate of the PDP, were frozen by federal authorities.
