The immediate past Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area Council, Hon. Capt. Smart Yomi Asekutu, has extended warm felicitations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary, celebrated on June 19th, 2025.

In his message, Hon. Capt. Asekutu praised Governor Oborevwori for his exemplary leadership and dedication to the development of Delta State. He commended the Governor for initiating and executing massive projects across the state, which have positively impacted the lives of Deltans.

Describing Governor Oborevwori as a "dedicated and committed grassroots politician," Hon. Capt. Asekutu emphasized the Governor's unwavering commitment to the well-being of the people. “Governor Oborevwori has consistently demonstrated that he has the people at heart, making him truly worthy of celebration,” he stated.

On behalf of his family and the good people of Egbema Kingdom, Hon. Capt. According to Segun, the missing funds are cash calls requested by joint venture (JV) partners and settlement to the JVs.
