Pastor Dr. Phillip Gbasin, a distinguished leader and former Executive Director of DESOPADEC, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 62 birthday anniversary, celebrated on June 19th, 2025.

In his congratulatory message, Pastor Dr. Gbasin, an APC Chieftain and respected clergyman, lauded Governor Oborevwori as a leader deeply committed to the welfare of the people. He described the Governor as a "people’s choice" and a "people lover" who has demonstrated genuine care for the citizens of Delta State through impactful governance and transformative projects.

“Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is truly worthy of celebration,” Pastor Dr. Gbasin stated.
