The Women Leader of the Egbema Youth Council, Comrade Mrs. Bunajitei Sayami Osagiede, has warmly congratulated High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, on his conferment of the prestigious Honorary Doctorate of Laws (LL.D) by Edwin Clark University, Kiagbodo, during its combined 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Convocation Ceremonies held in Kiagbodo, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

Mrs. Osagiede described the recognition as a historic and well-deserved honour, applauding Tompolo’s unmatched contributions to peacebuilding, regional development, and the collective progress of the Niger Delta. She celebrated him not only as a national figure but as her uncle, mentor, and a steadfast pillar of the Ijaw nation, whose influence continues to inspire generations across Ijaw land.

She further noted that the award reflects Tompolo’s enduring legacy, unwavering commitment to justice, and his tireless sacrifices toward the growth and liberation of his people.
