FREE YOURSELF FROM SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS AND HYPNOTISM: YOUR CHILDREN AND PARENTS ARE NOT WITCHES AND WIZARDS

Reads........... Opinions,

As I write this piece a lot of families are in disarray because of allegations, accusations and counter allegations and accusations of witchcraftcy and others.

Some men and women have rejected their children and parents based on false prophecy of some miserable self ordained, self-acclaimed and self-called pastors and prophets and prophetesses.

Unproductive and unsuccessful Minds always look for persons to blame for their woes like Unoka the father of Okonkwo in the famous and award winning novel 'Things Fall Apart' who always blamed his chi (god) for his poor annual farm yield whereas his woes and high indebtedness was as a result of his laziness and inability to go and farm in far/distant fertile lands, his mates farmed and recorded high yield.

Some parents have buried their children alive same way some children have killed their parents simply on the suspicion and prophecies of some evil pastors that their children are witches and wizards, same with the parents which 99% cases are not true. The irony of the whole thing is the fact that most of these satanic and demonic pastors that are tearing many homes apart do not say same things about their own real evil parents that taught and also encouraged them out of desperation to go into committing all manner of crimes in the house of God and in the name of God that they nolonger respect.

How many successful and very wealthy people accuse their children or parents for been responsible for their successes or otherwise? My cousin Amasueba Bams once told me that there are no witches and wizards in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja especially in Asokoro and Maitama Districts. He made the assertion when he went and enjoyed so much at the famous Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja. I mean the clean and very beautiful environment, the good food, drinks, treats and the very lively and decent people that you see in Transcorp Hilton Hotel will make you to forget your problems temporarily. When you stay at Transcorp Hilton Hotel for one week you will see most of the great names you are perhaps privileged to see only on television.

While I am not doubting the existence of those forces, it has been blown out of proportion especially the negative idea and practice of accusing and alleging family members. The worst case is the wrong and false labeling of innocent, helpless and defenseless children as witches and wizards. It is time to give attention to the unquantifiable damages false allegations and accusations of witchcraftcy has caused to once lovely and progressive families. A lot of Nigerian families are going through hell. Some of them are disunited today because of the above.

We need to begin to do self-reexamination, amendments, damage controls and also embark on true reconciliations. We must seek forgiveness from those we have hurt and also seek peace.

Minimum wage: Why FG shouldn’t offer to pay workers less than N120,000 —Labour analysts

by Christian Appolos June 4, 2024  *As Nigerian workers, led by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC), commenced a nationwide strike to drive home their demand for a living wage negotiation and reversal of the recent hike in electricity tariff, labour analysts say the N60,000 minimum wage proposed by the government is poor. They suggested a not-less-than N120,000 pay, and urged the government to be sensitive to the plight of Nigerians.* Mr. Franklin Erinle, former banker and General Secretary, Federal Parastatals and Private Sector Pensioners Association of Nigeria (FEPPPAN): Government seems to be forgetting that it was its policies that skyrocketed the price of every goods and services that workers were managing their little earning to survive on. Government also seems to forget that it had promised to cushion the effect of subsidy removal with the savings from the stoppage of subsidy payment. If the government is bragging that i...
