Chief Pastor Tilikiwei, the Ibebenimowei of Egbema Kingdom, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Pa, Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, the revered leader of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), who died on February 17, 2025.
