Today, we specially remember with fondest memories our father, leader, national icon and statesman, Chief EK Clark, OFR, CON. One year its like just yesterday. After 98 years of labour and devotion to building our nation Nigeria to where truth, justice, fairness and  harmony reigns, you departed with those final words "I am a Nigeria, I love Nigeria ".

But more, your toil for the unity, solidarity, national relevance of the Niger Delta, yes the entire South-South geopolitical zone will for endless generations be celebrated and adulated. 

A game changer you were, your memory and voice remained firm, astute and unfailingly till the torch-line. Like a lion, your courage was unmatched and resonated large and wide.

Thank God, your vision on all fronts remains aglow and the zeal shall certaindly not flounder. 

Even as we remember you in  Special Memoraial Service at your EDWIN CLARK UNIVERSITY, KIAGBODO, today rest on dear daddy, "Gogorogo"

JUST IN: Court reject bid to halt David Mark _ Led ADC's convention progresses  By EgbemaVoice, The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Friday, declined an application seeking to restrain the African Democratic Congress, led by Senator David Mark, from holding conventions, congresses or meetings to elect or ratify members of its executive bodies and other party structures. BREAKING: The High Court of Delta State has issued an ex-parte injunction stopping and barring the Inspector General of Police and the Nigeria Police Force from resuming the enforcement of the tinted glass permit policy nationwide.

BREAKING: The High Court of Delta State has issued an ex-parte injunction stopping and barring the Inspector General of Police and the Nigeria Police Force from resuming the enforcement of the tinted glass permit policy nationwide. The order was issued on Wednesday, 17th December, 2025 by Hon. Justice Joe Egwu. The High Court also barred the police from harassing, arresting, detaining or extorting citizens and motorists on account of the said policy. The order will subsist pending the hearing and determination of the substantive suit. This latest injunction follows a suit filed in Delta State by the Applicant, a citizen by name Mr. Israel Joe. The Applicant was represented in court by a team of lawyers led by Kunle Edun, SAN. By this order, the announcement made by the Nigeria Police on its decision to resume the tinted glass permit enforcement on 2nd January, 2026 has been halted by the Court.
