Egbema Youth Reawakens Calls on Comrade Mingo Meshach Sayaami Ogumaka to Contest for Delta State House of Assembly, Warri North Constituency II

The Egbema youth leader, Comrade Wisdom Maya, has commended the Egbema New Political Wave for calling on prominent youth leader Comrade Mingo Meshach Sayaami Ogumaka to contest for the seat representing Warri North Constituency II in the Delta State House of Assembly.

Speaking shortly after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) released the final approval of the Warri Federal Constituency delineation exercise, which was conducted in compliance with the Supreme Court judgment, Comrade Wisdom Maya described the development as a new dawn for the people of Egbema Kingdom and other affected communities.

He urged the leadership and stakeholders of Egbema Kingdom to support and encourage Comrade Mingo to join the race, noting that he has demonstrated his  commitment, sacrifice, and dedication to the growth and development of the kingdom over the years.

According to him, Comrade Mingo has consistently championed the cause of Egbema people through selfless service, advocacy, and grassroots mobilization, making him a credible and capable candidate for the legislative position.

While acknowledging that there are many qualified sons and daughters of Egbema Kingdom, Comrade Wisdom Maya stressed that leadership opportunities should be shared fairly, adding that it is "one person's turn at a time." He further emphasized that the people of Asigborodor and other underserved communities deserve greater political inclusion and representation.

He called on the people of Egbema Kingdom to unite behind visionary and committed young leaders who have proven their dedication to the struggle for justice, equity, and sustainable development.

The statement concluded with an appeal to political stakeholders and community leaders to give the younger generation the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the progress of Warri North Constituency II and Delta State as a whole.
