I, Amb. Gen. Silas Tamarau-emi Toruwei, JP, LL, on behalf of myself and like-minded sons and daughters of Egbema Kingdom, wish to express profound gratitude to the Federal Government of Nigeria for standing firmly on the side of justice and fairness by ensuring the successful implementation of the ward delineation exercise. This historic achievement has once again strengthened the confidence of the people in democratic institutions and the principles of equity.

I sincerely appreciate the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a job well done. Your professionalism, transparency, and dedication throughout the exercise have demonstrated your commitment to strengthening our democracy and ensuring that every community receives fair representation.

My heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Delta State Government for keeping to its promise and supporting every legitimate effort that contributed to the success of this exercise. The government’s commitment and cooperation have further reinforced the confidence of the people in the administration.

I specially applaud High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, and Hon. Alhaji Emmanuel Omoko Bolowei I of Egbema Kingdom for their unwavering determination and steadfastness throughout the struggle. Despite numerous challenges and obstacles, they remained resolute and never relented until this long-awaited dream became a reality. Their courage, sacrifices, and commitment to the advancement of the people will remain indelible in the annals of our history.

I also extend my deepest appreciation to all youth structures across Egbema Kingdom, community leaders, ex-militant leaders, and our courageous mothers who came out boldly and stood firmly behind this struggle. Your support, prayers, sacrifices, and unity played a vital role in achieving this victory. This success belongs to all of us, and history will remember the contributions made by every stakeholder who stood for justice and the collective interest of our people.

To the entire people of Egbema Kingdom, I say thank you for your patience, resilience, and unshakable belief in the cause. This achievement should serve as a reminder that unity, perseverance, and a common purpose can overcome every challenge.

As we celebrate this landmark victory, let us remain united and committed to peace, progress, and the development of our communities. May this achievement open greater opportunities for political inclusion, economic growth, and sustainable development for present and future generations.

Congratulations to the Federal Government of Nigeria, INEC, the Delta State Government, our respected leaders, youths, ex-militant leaders, community leaders, women, and indeed the entire people of Egbema Kingdom.
