WARRI NORTH CONSTITUENCY II: FORMER COUNCIL CHAIRMAN, HON. SMART YOMI ASEKUTU, CONSULTS EGBEMA YOUTH POLITICAL FORUM (EGYPF)

The Egbema Youth Political Forum (EGYPF) recently received the immediate past Chairman of Warri North Local Government Council, Hon. Smart Yomi Asekutu, who paid a consultation visit to the forum as part of his engagement with stakeholders following his declaration of interest to contest for the Warri North Constituency II seat.

The meeting, which was presided over by the Chairman of EGYPF, Barr. Baidi Stephen Ebigbagha, provided an opportunity for fruitful discussions on the political future and development of Egbema Kingdom and Warri North Local Government Area.

Speaking during the meeting, Barr. Ebigbagha warmly welcomed Hon. Asekutu and his entourage, emphasizing that the forum remains open and accessible to all sons and daughters of Egbema Kingdom who aspire to serve the people through elective positions, irrespective of their political affiliations.
He stated that EGYPF is committed to promoting political inclusiveness, youth participation, and democratic engagement, while encouraging qualified and competent individuals from Egbema Kingdom to seek public office for the overall progress of the area.

Hon. Smart Yomi Asekutu, in his remarks, appreciated the leadership and members of the forum for the warm reception and the opportunity to present his aspirations. He reiterated his commitment to quality representation, grassroots development, and the advancement of the interests of Warri North Constituency II if elected.

The consultation meeting ended on a cordial note, with both parties reaffirming the need for unity, peace, and sustained political participation among Egbema youths as the political process gathers momentum ahead of future elections.
