BREAKING!!! Nigeria's President, Bola Tinubu, Technically Admits To A USA District Judge That He Was Involved In Drug-Related Crimes In The Past, And Was A Criminal Informant That Snitched On His Drug Cartel Business Partners, After Begging The Court On His August 28, 2026, Deadline, Not To Release The Indicting Documents, To Prevent Him From Losing The 2027 Presidential Election Back In Nigeria; Declares That His Right To Privacy Overrides Any Public Interest In His Past Life

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has allegedly asked a United States of America, USA, District Court to block the release of Law Enforcement records tied to him in an alleged heroin-trafficking case, saying that, the documents are being sought to make him lose the 2027 Presidential election in Nigeria.

The revelation was made public on Saturday morning, by a Senior Government Advisor and Consultant, in Washington DC, Dr. Karl Von Batten.

In a post on X, Dr. Batten alleged that President Tinubu pleaded with the Court not to order US Agencies to release the records.  

He tweeted exactly: “President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT) pleaded with the Court not to order the @TheJusticeDept (DOJ), @FBI, and @DEAHQ to release his alleged heroin-trafficking records.” 

According to him, the Nigerian President admitted that the case concerns him directly.

“President Tinubu finally admits that the dispute involves criminal records concerning him, and pleads with the Court to block the records from being released”, Dr. Batten stated.

He further alleged that President Tinubu cited privacy concerns, and questioned the motive behind the request for the documents. 

He said: “President #Tinubu cites his right to privacy, as the reason the alleged #heroin-trafficking records should not be released, and states that the records are being sought ‘to influence politics in a foreign nation’ (in other words, to make him lose the upcoming #Nigerian Presidential election).”

The Washington-based Government Advisor also revealed that President Tinubu argued that public interest does not override his right to privacy under the FOIA.  

“President #Tinubu goes on to essentially argue that even the Nigerian public’s interest in his background and fitness for Office, does not give the public a right under FOIA to obtain the withheld information in his Law-Enforcement records. Nigerians, this is your President”, Dr. Batten said.

The development comes months ahead of the 2027 general elections, with Nigerians saying that an alleged Drug Trafficker and Criminal Informant must not be allowed to continue as the President of Nigeria.
