Egbema Kingdom Unity Movement Extends Grassroots Tour to Ogbinbiri, Receives Solidarity and Commendation from Community Leadership
By EgbemaVoice
The Egbema Kingdom Unity Movement has extended its ongoing grassroots reconciliation and unity tour to Ogbinbiri Community, as the delegation continues its strategic engagement across the nine clans of Egbema Kingdom to strengthen brotherhood, promote peaceful coexistence and establish a common front for the kingdom's collective progress.
The delegation received a warm reception from the leadership of Ogbinbiri, who expressed solidarity with the initiative and commended the Egbema kingdom leadership for taking a bold and purposeful step towards rebuilding relationships, addressing divisions and promoting unity among the people.
The reception reflects the growing importance attached to the movement's mission of bringing Egbema communities together through dialogue, consultation, mutual understanding and collective responsibility.
During the engagement, the Ogbinbiri leadership reaffirmed the importance of unity among all nine clans, stressing that Egbema people share a common heritage, culture, history and identity that must be protected and preserved for future generations.
The community leadership commended the Egbema Leaders of Thought (ELOT), the Egbema Traditional Council of Chiefs and the Egbema Regency Council for demonstrating purposeful leadership by initiating a kingdom-wide engagement aimed at promoting reconciliation and strengthening relationships across the kingdom.
They recognised that the future of Egbema depends on the willingness of its people to rise above individual differences, embrace constructive dialogue and work together towards common interests.
The Ogbinbiri visit further reinforces the understanding that sustainable peace and development cannot be achieved without the active participation of all clans and communities.
The unity movement is therefore not merely a ceremonial tour but a broader effort to restore confidence, encourage reconciliation, strengthen traditional and community relationships and establish a stronger foundation for the future of Egbema Kingdom.
The engagement also sends a clear message to Egbema sons and daughters at home and in the diaspora that the time has come to place the collective interest of the kingdom above personal differences and unnecessary divisions.
As the delegation continues its tour of the nine clans, other communities and stakeholders are encouraged to identify with the initiative, support the reconciliation process and contribute meaningfully to building a peaceful, united and progressive Egbema Kingdom.
The Ogbinbiri reception represents another encouraging step in the journey towards kingdom-wide understanding and solidarity.
EGBEMA IS ONE KINGDOM. NINE CLANS, ONE HERITAGE, ONE CULTURE, ONE PEOPLE, ONE DESTINY!
