The leadership and entire membership of the Ijaw Publishers' Forum (IPF) heartily congratulate the President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC) Worldwide, MacDonald Igbadiwei, on the joyous occasion of his birthday anniversary.

The statement signed by comr.
