In a goodwill message, Comrade Mingo described Engr. Ogbudu as a humble, committed, selfless and people-oriented leader whose years of service have demonstrated genuine passion for the unity, progress and development of his people.
Mingo particularly celebrated Engr. Ogbudu as a true son of the soil of Egbema Kingdom and, indeed, Ogbinbiri Federated Community in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State, commending his remarkable contributions to community development and the promotion of unity among the people.
According to him, Engr. Ogbudu has distinguished himself through leadership with a human face, consistently placing the interests of the people above personal considerations and demonstrating uncommon commitment to community service.
As the pioneer Chairman of Ken Tari Ken Ikiyou Ogbo, Engr. Ogbudu, Mingo noted, has played a significant role in building the association into a strong platform for unity, interaction, cultural identity and collective development.
He commended the celebrant for establishing and sustaining activities that have strengthened the bond among members, including the organisation of annual occasions, regular visits to members, attendance at members’ important events, participation in kingdom activities and honouring invitations from traditional rulers.
“These are not merely social engagements; they are clear demonstrations of leadership, respect for our people, culture and institutions, and a commitment to keeping our people united,” Mingo stated.
The Niger Delta youth leader further noted that Engr. Ogbudu’s service extends beyond the immediate boundaries of Ogbinbiri Federated Community, describing his contributions as part of a broader commitment to the Ijaw nation and the advancement of the Niger Delta people.
He said the celebrant’s humility, accessibility, consistency and willingness to serve have made him a worthy example for younger generations aspiring to leadership.
Engr. Franklin Ogbudu represents the kind of leadership our communities need—humble, accessible, committed and driven by service. His contributions to Ken Tari Ken Ikiyou Ogbo and Ogbinbiri Federated Community demonstrate that genuine leadership is about sacrifice, unity and service to humanity.”
Mingo congratulated Engr. Ogbudu on the milestone, praying God Almighty to grant him long life, sound health, wisdom, greater strength and continued grace to render more meaningful service to his community, the Egbema Kingdom, the Ijaw nation and humanity.
He also urged the younger generation to emulate the celebrant’s virtues of humility, unity, sacrifice, respect for traditional institutions and dedication to community development.
