*CONSTITUTION OF THE UMIYEN DESCENDANTS GENEALOGICAL & HISTORICAL REVIEW PLATFORM WORLDWIDE*
*PREAMBLE*
We, the descendants of UMIYEN, united by our ancestral heritage, oral traditions, genealogical records, documented research, and common historical identity, hereby establish this Constitution to preserve, protect, teach, verify, and transmit the history and heritage of the Umiyen lineage across generations and throughout the world.
We acknowledge that our heritage is a collective inheritance entrusted to us by our ancestors and that every descendant has a responsibility to protect its authenticity, dignity, unity, and continuity.
We therefore commit ourselves to truth, mutual respect, responsible scholarship, peaceful dialogue, historical accountability, and the preservation of the indivisible identity of UMIYEN.
*ARTICLE 1 — NAME AND IDENTITY*
The platform shall be known as:
UMIYEN DESCENDANTS GENEALOGICAL & HISTORICAL REVIEW PLATFORM WORLDWIDE
The Platform exists to bring together descendants of Umiyen and persons genuinely interested in the responsible study, preservation, documentation, and transmission of Umiyen genealogy and history.
*ARTICLE 2 — OBJECTIVES*
The objectives of the Platform shall include:
1. To unite the descendants of Umiyen across the globe.
2. To research, document, preserve, and teach the genealogy and history of Umiyen.
3. To promote responsible oral-history collection and documentary research.
4. To distinguish established historical facts from claims requiring further verification.
5. To encourage respectful discussion, correction, research, and exchange of historical information.
6. To protect the integrity of the Umiyen heritage from deliberate distortion, forgery, manipulation, or fraudulent historical claims.
7. To preserve the heritage for present and future generations.
8. To promote peaceful relationships between elders and younger generations.
9. To encourage descendants to see themselves as part of one extended and indivisible Umiyen heritage.
*ARTICLE 3 — PRINCIPLE OF UNITY*
UMIYEN IS INDIVISIBLE.
All members shall recognize that the descendants of Umiyen constitute one ancestral family, notwithstanding differences in branches, locations, generations, opinions, social status, or personal circumstances.
No member shall deliberately promote division, hostility, hatred, or fragmentation among the descendants of Umiyen for personal, political, financial, or other selfish interests.
Differences of opinion shall not be interpreted as grounds for destroying the unity or common identity of the Umiyen descendants.
*ARTICLE 4 — RESPECT AND DECORUM*
1. No member shall abuse, insult, threaten, ridicule, humiliate, or deliberately provoke another member.
2. Members shall remain polite and civil even when confronted with unpleasant situations or strongly opposing opinions.
3. Disagreement shall be expressed respectfully and professionally.
4. Personal attacks shall not be substituted for historical arguments.
5. Members shall not use the Platform to settle personal disputes.
6. Every member shall conduct himself or herself in a manner that protects the dignity of the Umiyen family.
*ARTICLE 5 — RESPECT BETWEEN ELDERS AND YOUNGER DESCENDANTS*
1. Elders shall be treated with appropriate respect and reverence because of their age, experience, knowledge, and place within the family.
2. Younger descendants shall equally be treated with dignity, fairness, patience, and encouragement.
3. Respect shall be reciprocal: elders shall respect the younger generation, and the younger generation shall respect the elders.
4. No elder shall use age or position as justification for humiliation, intimidation, or abuse of younger descendants.
5. No younger descendant shall use education, technology, social position, or personal achievement as justification for disrespecting elders.
6. Historical disagreements shall be addressed through dialogue, evidence, and mutual respect.
*ARTICLE 6 — CORRECTION AND HISTORICAL REVIEW*
1. Corrections to genealogical or historical information shall be made respectfully and thankfully.
2. A member whose information is corrected shall receive the correction with an open mind and without unnecessary hostility.
3. A member making a correction shall provide reasonable evidence where available.
4. Oral traditions shall be respected as valuable sources of ancestral knowledge, while documented evidence and independent verification may be used to strengthen historical claims.
5. No member shall deliberately reject established evidence merely because it contradicts a personal interest or preferred narrative.
6. Historical research shall remain open to responsible review when credible new evidence emerges.
*ARTICLE 7 — PROHIBITION OF FRAUDULENT HISTORICAL MATERIAL*
1. The publication or circulation of fraudulent, fabricated, deliberately misleading, or knowingly falsified historical articles is prohibited.
2. Members shall not manufacture genealogies, ancestral relationships, titles, settlements, historical events, or documents for personal advantage.
3. Unverified information shall be clearly identified as unverified, disputed, traditional account, or requiring further research, where appropriate.
4. Members shall not present speculation as established historical fact.
5. Deliberate historical fabrication shall be treated as a serious breach of the Platform's principles.
*ARTICLE 8 — PROTECTION OF UMiyEN HERITAGE*
The Umiyen heritage is regarded as a collective ancestral inheritance and shall not be deliberately distorted, appropriated, or manipulated for selfish personal gain.
Members shall exercise great caution before making claims capable of permanently altering the understanding of Umiyen history.
Every descendant is encouraged to consider the consequences that historical betrayal, deliberate distortion, or careless transmission of false information may have upon:
- the present generation;
- future generations;
- family relationships;
- ancestral identity;
- genealogical records; and
- the credibility of the Umiyen heritage.
The preservation of history shall take precedence over personal ambition, rivalry, recognition, or selfish gain.
*ARTICLE 9 — LINEAGE AUTHENTICITY AND FORGERY*
1. The Platform shall oppose deliberate lineage forgery and fraudulent insertion into established Umiyen genealogical generations.
2. No person shall manufacture or falsely claim an ancestral relationship with Umiyen for personal, social, political, financial, traditional, or other advantage.
3. Genealogical claims shall be subjected to responsible historical review where necessary.
4. Members shall not deliberately alter established lineage records to accommodate personal interests.
5. Where conflicting genealogical accounts exist, the matter shall be presented honestly as disputed until sufficient evidence is available.
6. The integrity of the Umiyen lineage shall be regarded as a responsibility to both the ancestors and future descendants.
*ARTICLE 10 — WARNING AGAINST BETRAYAL OF FAMILY HISTORY*
Members are solemnly reminded that ancestral history is a trust and not a commodity for selfish exploitation.
Before betraying, distorting, concealing, or falsifying the hard-earned heritage of the Umiyen descendants, every member should consider the immediate and long-term consequences such actions may impose upon the family and generations yet unborn.
The Platform therefore calls upon every descendant to act with truth, conscience, restraint, responsibility, and ancestral reverence.
This provision serves as a solemn warning against those who may seek to manipulate Umiyen history for selfish interests.
*ARTICLE 11 — PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT*
1. Members shall communicate professionally.
2. Persistent ranting, abusive exchanges, disruptive conduct, deliberate provocation, or repeated refusal to observe the rules of the Platform shall not be tolerated.
3. A member who persistently engages in unprofessional conduct may receive a warning, restriction, suspension, or removal from the Platform, depending on the seriousness and repetition of the conduct.
4. Removal shall be based on conduct and not merely on disagreement with a member's historical opinion.
5. Members shall be given reasonable opportunity to clarify or correct their conduct where appropriate.
*ARTICLE 12 — RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ANCESTORS AND FUTURE GENERATIONS*
Every descendant shall recognize that the history inherited from previous generations is a responsibility entrusted to the present generation.
Members shall therefore strive to:
Preserve what is true.
Correct what is wrong.
Investigate what is uncertain.
Respect what is sacred.
Document what is known.
Teach what is verified.
Protect the heritage from deliberate distortion.
And transmit the Umiyen legacy faithfully to generations yet unborn.
*ARTICLE 13 — INTRUSION INTO UMiyEN HISTORY FOR SELFISH GAIN*
Any person who deliberately interferes with, manipulates, fabricates, or appropriates Umiyen history for selfish personal gain shall be subject to historical scrutiny and appropriate administrative action within the Platform.
The Platform shall not permit historical research to become an avenue for:
- fraudulent lineage claims;
- false ancestral titles;
- deliberate historical manipulation;
- personal enrichment through deception;
- division among descendants; or
- the destruction of the authentic Umiyen heritage.
*ARTICLE 14 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION*
Where disagreement arises:
1. Members shall first seek peaceful dialogue.
2. The parties shall present their respective evidence where applicable.
3. Elders and knowledgeable descendants may be invited to assist in reconciliation or historical review.
4. Personal insults shall not be permitted during dispute resolution.
5. Where evidence is inconclusive, the matter may remain classified as unresolved or under research rather than forcing a false conclusion.
6. The primary objective shall always be truth, peace, unity, and preservation of the Umiyen heritage.
*ARTICLE 15 — FINAL DECLARATION*
We, the descendants of Umiyen, acknowledge that our lineage is greater than any individual member.
No individual owns the history of Umiyen.
The heritage belongs collectively to the descendants and must be protected for generations yet unborn.
We therefore pledge to uphold the principles of:

And we reaffirm:

ADOPTION
This Constitution shall serve as the guiding code of conduct and historical integrity for the Umiyen Descendants Genealogical & Historical Review Platform Worldwide and may be reviewed or amended when necessary through responsible consultation with members and recognized representatives of the Umiyen descendants.
